Not my decision, rules got changed a couple of seasons ago apparently. @ 2 mins Rape Lines are voided I think it was decided leaving it @ 1 min didn't leave enough time in case a squad tried to hide there with a small lead. The unattended consequence of course is more base raping in lopsided matches.
