Not sure why and if it's only me - The website changes into a dark green (162716 maybe?) and reverts back within seconds.

What page are you on exactly? First I've heard of this.
This has been happening for a while. Not sure what page, might be all - It happens randomly.
UPDATE (10 Seconds after) - Just happened after posting and reading my post.
Can you take a screenshot when it happens again?

Two different formats jpeg and png. Usl2 is how it should be, I guess.
That's really weird... Try completely clearing your cache and cookies it might still have an old css style file cached. I recommend using CCleaner.
Also see if it does it in a different browser as well.
