I'm down to join a squad as long as people know how to listen to their leader. i don't care about people sucking, but when they don't listen to their leader and just play for themselves it's just annoying.

Exactly the reason I stopped leading last season. One person refusing to listen really ruins things. Went from being a very competitive squad with me at the helm, to losing out the rest of the season losing by double their opponents' scores, just to let the one guy play ripper and do whatever.
