Within KS10 is some new code that allows red/blue to be played alongside of a SB in private arenas. While SBing in KS10 I'd like to ask that you do not lock the arenas to allow other players to mess around in the minimap while you conduct your SB. You won't receive kill/death notices from players playing within red/blue & their kills and deaths also are not recorded. The purpose of this is to circumvent the issue with new/returning players logging in to find that we are all in a private arena with spec lock enabled. Allowing them to play in red/blue will give them a sense of inclusion aswell as help keep the game populated further into the night. Heck, squads can even use it to "warm up" while waiting for the actual SB to start. Will be testing this stuff for awhile in just KS10 but the goal is to have the functionality it all of the USL maps eventually. Ranked league matches will continue to be locked as per normal.

So how does this work exactly? When you press F12 you no longer get unspecced on to Titan or Collective? Only Red and Blue?

Correct. Default to red/blue.

So this is a good starting point. And perhaps in the future we can add some kind of player count to tell it to switch to Green vs Yellow or something. Because we all know the voting system is pretty flawed.

Only the actual SB scores are displayed. In the future I may set it up to still record stats within red/blue just for shits and giggles but it'd have no effect on the scoreboard/the actual SB.
