2 duels, one for map and the other for side

Okay. I had 3 captains come to me requesting not to duel for map in Week 5. We'll continue the rotation. Week 5 will still have a duel to decide home/away.

Week 1 - February 17th - KS10 Week 2 - February 24th - Apollo Week 3 - March 3rd - EC Week 4 - March 10th - KR Week 5 - March 24th - KS10 (duel best of 3 for home) Semi-Finals - March 31st - Apollo (higher seed gets home) Finals - March 31st - EC (duel best of 5 for home)
