Still need 2 more Captains! Otherwise we might need to rethink team formations/dynamics. I like the idea of a draft because it would ideally get every player who wants to play on a team. Making your own squads will probably lead to exclusion of some. Don't be shy dudes.

Just by a quick glance at the current draft roster, I can see some teams will not be able to show 8 players consistently for 4 weeks. I see a lot of new names with will translate to uncertainties, incentives to actually show up will drastically decrease when you see your team is full of nerds that wont show or wont listen. Who are the current captains? Half of the team’s strength will rely upon the captain’s skill level and his understanding of the usl population. Do you really want someone with no leadership experience to just captain a team? I would suggest reaching out to players that have captained a squad before to step up instead of asking random players to just sign up. Just a thought, up to you~

A bad draft would be like a bad mix with bad captains. Ps. Did I mention eric drafted Emp and like 5 medics to his team last draft???? LOL what a JOKE!!!!!!!

Removed a few people who wanted to withdraw due to scheduling conflicts with GoT.

I can probably add some kind of restriction to the draft signups. Maybe something like needing at least 1 game of USL played on the account or something. But I don't know how "exclusive" we want to be with it.

Ya I'll naturally reach out to a few players who've signed up and see if they're interested. We still need a handful more players to sign up probably too if we want this to be a reality. We're at the minimum atm because I'm sure some ppl just won't show and some others will probably be late due to GoT. We'll try to have the games start around 10pm at the earliest btw. I've heard rumors all the GoT episodes are over an hour though. We'll see how it goes.
