That isn't really the same as an appeal though. Mass d/cs will almost always be started over at the same score/time unless it's so early into the game where no battles happened yet.

Well you have to take it case by case, but a team shouldnt be allowed to not respond or show up and receive no punishments, or a forfeit. Once Mo vs Idk was granted emp and myself did our best to get a time dave could agree on. Once we asked for other times than the one he listed he didn't respond for like 4-5 days. I've been on squads that had to rematch after an appeal and we never came to an agreement of the time to do the rematch. The staff of the time (who granted the appeal) forced a time to the match to be redone. Not allowing one team to just ghost the other to have the first result (which was appealed and granted) stand. I can pick and choose certain times appeals have happened but I think we need to start thinking of appeals as so: If an appeal is granted, that means the first result is no longer. Meaning if a team blows off the appealed rematch they receive a forfeit. Or else whats the point? Why would the team that won the first time make an attempt to rematch if they're fine with the first result. In my case mo vs idk I specifically said "I don't think a rematch should happen" but the staff granted it. I showed up (with my squad) when the admin said the rematch was, and we all wasted away a few hours. funny enough dave and his co captains logged on 1 hour after the scheduled rematch time and just trolled around mocking us.

Side note, if we do take off labor day sunday, can we please just start the season week after labor day? Playing one week than having a bye week is tedious. Especially if we have a odd number of squad and a second bye week is coming your squads way.

Labor Day is September 2nd (Monday). We would be taking off September 1st (Sunday) if the poll goes through. Which means we would be doing 2 weeks and then a week off.

No I mean if there is a mass d/c during a match or the server goes down then a match will be replayed/restarted at the time of the incident. That's not a question. Appeals are different.

I think Chris already responded with the admin response going forward for this issue, but I've seen you push your version of events every time you bring up our appeal which paints you and your squad as the victim. The appeal was granted because I agreed to try to schedule a rematch, otherwise it would've been denied because the HStaff thought it was a non-issue. Your captain didn't offer any alternative times to those I suggested, and your own alternative was midnight or after on 3 different days. We had to rematch by Friday, and if we weren't able to agree on a time, the original result would stand. You can paint this as much as you'd like that we need further rules governing this kind of behavior, but I think you need to do so without trying to use the advantage of being the abused.

Regarding the Labor Day poll, waiting until after Labor Day to start the season would result in almost a 2 month off season. Should definitely start the season before Labor Day regardless.
