Just refreshes the login page when you click login. Tried clearing my cookies, as per the last time we had login issues.
Can't be logged in CTFPL side Archive

Log out completely out of USL side and CTFPL side and then log in from the USL side only and you should be fine.
I would recommend using -only- the USL side for now. You can navigate almost every piece of the CTFPL site using it (primarily forums). We're making updates on the USL site to fix speed, etc. and will roll those changes out to CTFPL side after we're finished.

3. Click login on CTFPL side, and the login screen just refreshes and asks me for username/pw again.

Okay, well discovered that it does in fact log me in correctly now, and I can do everything from the USL side.
Side-note, everything on CTFPL side is broken while logged-in. This is what happens when I click general discussion forum on ctfpl side, while logged in. (this is for your information, I'm fine with using the USL side for now)

CTFPL forums are disabled on the CTFPL side while we fix some issues (What Armor said above)
