Now they’re threatening to take away my class. I am the only person who plays sniper. It takes talent to play sniper. If sniper is so OP why does only ONE person play it? Stop being clowns. Honestly the title removal was because of your behavior during the season. How many times did you try and hostage your squad as community director if a decision wasnt going to go your way and we catered to you? That and the other ways you decide to interact with the rest of the community with said title led to its removal.

If you want Backs to act a certain way then hold all staff members accountable to a certain expectation of engagement within the community. Have an honest conversation with him about how you want him to conduct himself and let him choose if he wants to abide by the terms of the role. I see a guy who is excited to help move the game forward and tries to get the lesser skilled/experienced players involved in the game. Didn't he just win an award for something of that nature this year? Let him have his moment and give him a fair shake. Don't just arbitrarily move the goalpost on the guy.
