What's the difference between Champion's Deadly Touch and Easoe's Retreat? Deadliest player vs most kills? Is it rating vs highest Ks?

Deadliest player doesn't always mean the person with the most kills. You can rack up a bunch of kills against "easier" opponents to get highest kills but that doesn't mean you were very deadly. It's basically who had the best performance across the board during a season.
