I dont watch enough of the matches to provide a fair insight of other peooples squads and/or players.
Anyone can join them, you just need to let someone know in advance. I try not to be circle jerky when I'm invited on but I also think it can come off that way if 2 of the 3 people have the same opinion(s). Same with 'casting' games, I'm not good at it but it's fun and if anyone wants to take a game ...
