In a twisted turn of events, Flash aka Matt has decided to terminate his contract with Zero Tolerance in order to join Taking Backs Sunday on a one season, 7 Hellcat deal. When asked for comment, Flash has told myself and Adam Schefter that his reason for leaving was due to “splitt being toxic”. We also asked Zero Tolerances Captain, Mark aka Apollo for his thoughts on the matter in which he replied “didn’t say a word to me, idc either, inf sucks.” With an already depleted Medic rotation, will this harm Zero Tolerances playoff aspirations? Will this bolster Taking Backs Sundays chances at becoming a playoff dark horse? We will see.

I don’t shit on my players when I lead. Ask them… I take full blame when I put them in horrible spots. If someone isn’t aggressive or not I don’t yell at them… we are all 30+ here no one wants to be scolded at. There’s a way to tell someone something without being a dick. I’m that dude in a basketball game when my teammate misses a shot, I say “you’ll get the next one keep shooting” Split is that dude in a basketball game who says “bro come on pass me the ball what are you doing” after he himself has missed 20 shots in a row.

Everyone has their leading style, split and I dont gel. Last season we rode it out, but without this squad having a real identity its been difficult to remaine positive and then add in some toxicity when everyone has been struggling. Just dont want to end up in a verbal altercation with teammates again. Might as well accept it as it is and make a choice to have a better experience. Like some of the other people who had made the decision to leave their squads.
