UPDATE TO NATION'S CUP! Tomorrow is the day. Responding to community feedback we moved the game up to 5/12 @ 11 PM. It is still currently one 30-minute game (future matches will likely be best of 3). I'm going to designate captains, and if the captains agree, we can up this player count to 9 or 10, depending on what your preferences are. I'm going to require that everyone who is on the roster and present be played (unless circumstances won't allow it), but for how long is team dependent. Thanks for organizing this, Rom. We're changing Team World to Team Canada+ since there'd be almost no pride in a "World" victory lol. Based on YouTube data, we have almost no one from outside USA and Canada and any Europeans wouldn't be able to make this time slot anyway. Canada+ should be sufficient to indicate Canada plus maybe a couple players from other countries.

Even though the majority of people live in the USA, it doesn't mean they aren't originally from another country. Which is why team world was created. If we're renaming it Canada+, then count me in for Team USA.

It's entirely impractical in a two team event to start accounting for people's birth places. With that in mind, and considering the more powerful theme of two actual nations fighting, I think Canada+ vs USA was the way to go.
