I think I'm better than the average bear, and I'd like to play on a competitive/playoff squad. I'm not part of any cliques and I understand wanting to play with friends, but it'd be nice learn more on the strategy-side from top performers. I don't need to play every game, but at the same time, I'd prefer not to ride the bench all season.
