A draft league would be cool if people would vote on captains prior.

Draft league went poorly on SOE with 3x the player base, doubt it would work here.

Draft is good on paper, but ultimately it doesn't work. Lets say we go through the first few rounds of the draft and then we are left with inexperienced, mediocre players that basically get forced onto squads with good players, what do you think the odds captains are going to play them over their first picks? At least if they are all on the same squad they'll play on sundays, as shitty as that sounds.
