As you may have noticed we've moved hosts again. You'll see that it's much faster now. This host a bit more expensive than I would prefer but I am tired of the cheap crappy service we've been dealing with. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help donate, even if it's just a dollar a month. I'm not one to ask for charity but I think we all deserve a faster website. You can donate on the left menu with the gold Donate link. But, with a host change comes bugs/glitches. If you run into any please post them ASAP and I will fix them.

Currently aware that post counts/new post indicator is not showing up for the forums. Investigating that.

Great move my page speed loadtime has gone from 2.6 to 0.6 now can we get these servers restarted and get them changed as the current host is bloody horrible and needs to be addressed

Is there an easy way to set up recurring donations?

Frap I just messaged that same thing to champ, Im sure some players would not mind p2p not forced but for the people that can. I wouldn't mind 10-15 bucks a month to help things run smoothly and continue to progress

Same here. Sad to say, but the less effort I have to make to donate, the more frequently I'm likely to do it.

I set up a monthly donation option on the Donate page.

Just an idea but what if you add different levels of usl sponsorship to people's profile, similar to the amount of championships won. Might encourage people to donate. Also any chance of setting up a subscription for the server?

That's not a bad idea. I was thinking of adding in recognitions for people who have donated. The only problem is Paypal is weird and it's hard to track who actually donated. I only get people's names, not their aliases. I will come up with something that will show off people's contributions so they're rewarded for it as well. As for the server subscription that's up to Ace/Mizzouse. They are in charge of everything having to do with the game itself.

Unless I get screenshots of the detailed accounts of how much goes in, how much the bill is, I don't trust where it really goes. I know I am being paranoid and people running this site and league all seem legit people, I just would like monthly screenshots of the bill, what people donate so we can see what is outstanding? it is pretty simple to post that monthly imo.

I have no desire to take anyone's money. Any money that isn't used for the hosting server that month stays in the Paypal account to be used for the next month.

Like I said, your 1 of the few people I trust. Although for other people they won't, it would help for transparency if you just posted screenshots etc.
