You probably have too many messages that aren't archived. Please try to clear as many unneeded messages as possible. For quicker cleanup click the top checkbox to Select All boxes. Any other questions please post them here.

my mailbox has said (1 new) next to it for the past 2 weeks. i tried archiving a message and it disappeared, too.
no archive plz.
