I'm pretty sure if it goes to KDR you're seeded based on KDR, not H2H, meaning that it wouldn't reset to H2H for the playoff seedlings. Final season standings would end 1-4, and that's how the teams would be seeded into playoffs. It wouldn't make sense to look at H2H after. H2H was already used as a seeding tool, and there was a 3 way tie. You wouldn't drop BB when they had the best KDR of all 3.

I would do kdr to break the 3 way tie and once its broken h2h. but nothing was announced

I still don't get how that makes sense. Seeding to get into playoffs in a tie: 1. Look at H2H results (3 way tie, H2H doesn't resolve) 2. Look at KDR - clear distinction to separate into 3-4-5 Seeding for playoffs: 1-2-3-4 5-6-7-8 Seed again (????) for playoffs: 1. H2H: 1-2-4-3 Profit?????
