I have no idea who he is, but yes he's modded.

He's a full game mod and has been for some time. At least since around the time SOE died, I believe.

Im pretty sure he's got dev powers though. Overheard mizz asking how he got them one day.

game mods shoudln't be modded in league zones plus this guy is pretty annoying using *arena command instead of just typing in pub chat

r, only league people are limited in power to a specific zone. The minute you mod someone, they have that power game-wide, and on every alias in their account.

What's the point of a game mod in today's environment? Seems like there's no upside and only possible risk.

We've literally only had problems with mods, nothing good happens except changing usl maps

Was dev not game. Dev vs mod, dev - restricted by alias and zone, also limited commands as in only ones I programmed to be used by devs. Mods - server wide, any alias on that account and full commands but restricted by league admins to use powers in a zone unless asked. Both dev and mods have set level commands btw. Game admins are the only unrestricted ones.
