logged out and logged back in. also restarted comp. keep getting this message when trying to enter a zone. help please

Is it still happening? If so, it might be as simple as shutting the zone down and re-opening. This has happened in rare instances before. Go on IRC and let me know if it hasn't resolved itself yet.

I've had this happen to me a lot, but usually after waiting a bit it lets me back in.
