For anyone still having issues, get in the IRC channel, and download TeamViewer - http://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/ I will be helping you move over to the new server. I have narrowed majority of issues to be down to administrator rights when modifying the settings.ini file. If you don't know how to do this, I can do it for you.

make sure the settings.ini file is in the infantry folder, mine was in the file folder I saved it in but not in the infantry folder, had to move it before the game would work.
