While I had originally intended to go forward with an 02/14/2016 start date, we'll instead be starting on 02/21/2016. The primary reason for this is so that tg doesn't ditch his wife on Valentine's day. It will also provide us time to vote on additional changes and hopefully give the 8th squad a chance to form and participate, eliminating the need for BYE weeks.
