The Spec-to-Avoid-Death Rule is being updated to count as 2 deaths against the team who's player intentionally specced to avoid death. In addition, per rule 6.11, "e" will be receiving a 1-game ban for multiple violations of the rule. This will be in effect for the upcoming week (02/28/2016).
