I like the multi-map idea, will make things more interesting.

If you're home you only get to choose the map. Not the side. Oops missed the second reply.

So home team has 1 of 3 options to choose from: Side, map, or have opposing team choose first either side or map then home gets to choose next based on their answer? If thats what you meant, that would work. Actually now that I think about it, it wouldnt, you could dick over squads that way so home team should get to choose either side or map then opposite side should choose the other one.

Multi-Map KR+Apollo Home=Map Selection Away=Side Selection. I like it, very smooth process.

That's what Keith meant by deferring the option Mizz. Edit: Nevermind I see what you're saying now. Here's my argument against that. If home picks the side then the away team will pick whichever map is worse for the side they picked.

That's why I think the most fair way to do it would be to let the home team pick the map first. Then the away team will be able to choose the side. And IF the home team does not want to choose the map they can defer the option of choosing the map to the away team but NOT the side.

if the regular season was longer (round robin x2) i could see having a multi-map setup. defer option seems like too much of an advantage (esp in playoffs when it matters).

Which season did we use Apollo's map previously? Why doesn't anyone remember how bad it was? I think a big reason why people want the multiple map option is so we aren't stuck on Tucker's Toilet for a full season.
