Anyone should be able to captain set captain lists make it feel more like a draft. Season start date - salary cap defined better - salary cap ceiling - etc..

We have had plenty of draft leagues in this game. It doesn't work out too well. Noone voted for a draft league in the poll. Why does it keep getting brought up?

2 people have put in ratings, we have a spreadsheet going on the staff forum. so far, me and eric have used: 0-100 scale 50= average for usl not pub going in 5 increments. lowest was a 30, highest was a 95 free agent list alphabetical order thats how the spreadsheet is organized. if you post your ratings here or just usl mail it to me, i can add it to the spreadsheet.
