I don't know how you guys play ranked so much - the system is so fucked. Leavers get virtually no punishment, you can't report anyone for trolling, there's no safeguards to ensure that you'll actually have a competitive game.

Everything is smooth sailing once you get out of the low ranks.

Do people not see that the salary cap league isn't going to work? Just make it a 10 man roster limit and move on, if you suck at this game you're not gonna get better at this point.
