Low cost filler players make the minimum player requirement almost pointless. Hypothetically, to do a better job of preventing stacking... you could have the cap only look at the top 8 players on a squad and ignore the rest. If the cap was only concerned with the best lineup that a squad can field from their roster, then you could have a lower cap that reduces extreme disparities for the actual match lineups. But like ER said, the salary does prevent squads from stacking good players on their benches, so the ideal might be to have a top 8 cap and a full roster cap...? Just an idea... I don't really care.

You guys just don't get it. Darth has been playing badly for the last 10 years because he knows everything. He lost all his games and averaged 2 Kills per game with 90% loss. He ocassionally threw in a win and 3 kills so nobody caught on to his tactics. He knew 10 years ago that we would introduce a salary cap and he will have a low rating so he can make a super squad. This is the season of Darth. You all fucked up real bad and let this happen. good luck you willneed it.

Agreed with Sol , the min player requirement is almost useless when there are players with almost no salary or very low cost. Like Sol, A couple of ideas/options to fix min requirement. A) You either make low cost player a default value. Below x rating player cost 30pts. and maintain your 11 min req. or B) You lower the minimum player Requirements to X, reduce salary and make low cost players not count against minimum player requirements or salary. Basically cost of 0 for low rating players. We can call them butter players. Once again all of this are ideas, and Like Sol I do not care. Maybe a little. Problem: This starts to be come a tier system which we know its too restrictive.

We will never come up with a perfect system. At some point it is up to the players to make sure the league is worth playing
