I don't remember what to check and uncheck in "advanced options" like triple buffer and system buffer ect ect.....whats optimal?

It varies by system and OS, your best bet is to try combinations of things until you get the best outcome.

go with performance over all else. if you wann go into what OS and system ur running we can optimize it. but its not rocket biology

I have windows10, and I have like every box checked except the last two. also when I had to reinstall inf and do the ".org to .com" change in the settings and default folder was like the same day Microsoft set updates for PC.... before this I had 0% ploss and medkit worked now med kit lags like fk and my ploss ranges from 2%-8%
