Breakdown
First I want to commend Backs for returning to the game and immediately stepping in to fill a captaincy in the league. I understand the challenges he will face and hope he remains optimistic and does not get discouraged as the season progresses. The league needs more people that have the stones to do this. Now, on to the analysis: Light Work will begin the season heavy underdogs. They have a lot of question marks on their roster and other than 3K and Joe, a real lack of players that have proven themselves capable of anything in the league. Backs will need to keep this group focused on one thing at a time. Progress a little at a time and maintain his composure if things get rocky. It will hinge on his leadership how successful they can be and success is a relative to the goals they set for themselves this season. Best Lineup: Joe Backs 3KWEREWOLF Ljenks gary unethical Pistor Babble I hope his group can maintain a positive outlook throughout the season. Find attainable goals and milestones they can reach and consistently improve. Being the decided underdogs in most every match they have the most room to show improvement of any squad in the league.
