Lmao. Was he actually hacking? He brought me to infantry. We used to play age of empires on MSN gaming zone then migrated over. I didn’t think him to be the hacking type though.

This entire website, and all of the people in it, are fake versions of the glory days of Infantry. It was designed to trick players into thinking that the game was still alive, but in reality it's all a sophisticated artificial intelligence system that we fed millions of rows of chat logs to. It can create a player profile on anyone and answer questions like Zeus posed above through natural language processing. Champion has been studying these advanced robotics techniques for years just to replicate the post-apocalyptic (post-SOE) days of Infantry. We don't have enough data to feed into the deep learning algorithms to make the pre-SOE days exist again. It takes a fair amount of computing power to run in-game activities, so the game is only "active" on Sundays (which means that multiple robots take the field and simulate public and squad battles - similar to any civil war re-enactment you may have seen in your history lessons).
