This should have been brought up in Captains Forums on Friday since the Thursday cutoff was missed, it should have been force scheduled since the two of you could not come to an agreement.

Personally think it falls to the Captains to make sure it gets scheduled in a timely fashion. Should have been brought up a few days ago.

I should of noticed it as well though, I'll take some responsibility for it. Force scheduled for 11pm now. I've sent Palm a message outside the site to let him know since he rarely logs on here.
