Any chance you can add something on players profiles that shows when they change their alias like back on the old site?(http://i.imgur.com/cPLINpR.png) Maybe even give people the ability to list all their old alias on their profile. I was going to do a write-up and I realize there are people that I have no idea who they're, either because they're using a new alias in FI or they change their alias every season.

I agree. I have some of that data thanks to the way k0n set up the mailboxes and I plan to integrate it at some point. I also have the manual work we did to link the awards to play with to create some of that data. I think we're going to have to create a form on the user profile that lets you enter your old aliases as well. Great point there. I have trouble with all of the name changes, too. Rom's analysis earlier helped me link ITK to Iced... your idea would help more with that. :)

I was literally just now flipping out on Apollo because of this. And I love Apollo, but he is the worst about it. I realize joke names has been a thing with the infantry community for a long time, and I dig it. But in league, can we please pick a name and stick with it for awhile? I can't keep asking "Who the fuck is Vision?" every 3 seconds because there are like 10 of you guys who swap names out like derby hats. It makes commentary rather difficult. Now that I've gotten that out - I think we should do a system like Steam, where you click on the guy's name (profile) and right underneath the "Send PM" button is another button for "View Aliases". Fast, easy, understandable.

Rom I think your point is valid. The alias of a player should be held accountable for all the good (stats) and the bad things they do in the League. Since there is no registry of players, anyone can simply make new alias to enter as fresh stat players. But seeing as this isn't a "serious" League, a registry of some sort would just raise privacy concerns lol.
