I am having trouble receiving a banner...from multiple people!
I have ?banner toggled on and I am in the banner edit screen, helppppppppppp

Having ?banner toggled on would mean you can't receive banners.
guess i worded that poorly, i have ?banner toggled to "Now accepting banners"
I also tried it with "Ignoring banners" once just to be safe - but neither scenario seems to work
Just you or others as well?

i don't have a banner to send, guess i could make one and test with someone. but atm
XXXXX / Captain Ax have both said they've tried sending me a banner while I've had ?banner toggled to accept and in the Edit Screen - i do not get a message or anything however
I couldn't send Beso a banner for some reason on two separate occasions. It only worked after he re-logged.

Yea for now the sender has to be in spec. There is an unknown packet from in game, thanks emp for showing me this. I don't know why the programmers made a separate packet for banners while in game which is part of a packet for something else at the beginning of a login.
