This is probably a little pedantic but shouldn't the leader have a Germanic name being it's Kaiser City not Czar City.

This is probably a little pedantic but shouldn't the leader have a Germanic name being it's Kaiser City not Czar City.
Might have to do with the Maklov corporate headquarters being located on Titan. Maklov relocated from the Ukraine and more than likely has a hand in Titan elections.
