No. We fixed that. You display 0 KDR because I haven't changed the user page but the formula recognizes your KDR.
formula reads if kills > 0 && deaths < 1 then kdr = kills

Yes, that's how the weights are set. There's also a KDR cap. It caps out at 10 or 12 I think.
