How do I fix my problem from alt tabbing. Serious i use tab for my weapon and alt for strafe, been end up going back to my screen

I do mouse. Alt and z are my strafe keys and tab is my nades

i use control and shift to strafe. I also use control to shoot my AR lol... Then i use DELETE to shoot AR straight (ar weapon must be highlighted in ewapons menu)

Because alt tab is a Windows shortcut key, you cannot turn it off without editing the registry. You could try looking at the shortcut key program it may be in there. If it's turned on push shift 5 times to pull it up otherwise I don't know where it is.
