Yeah do a draft for USL sounds fun. Players who don't normally play together for USL can be on a team and maybe new squads might form instead of the same cookie cutter shit.

Please don't ever do draft again, half of the nerds in this league wouldn't bother to show up. Salary cap for the win.

I will begin immediately. Like Mecca said, salary would have to be implemented pretty well to achieve a better spread than it did last season. That'd be a season to model on, but ultimately I think after a season or two of those squads, the players that make it more balanced get tired of it. Buncha nerds.
