I seem to get around 70-80 now even with the experience running, however as crazy as it seems I would start Overwatch and have it running then alt tab into infantry and my frames would jump to almost 200 but the radar gets all screwed up.

Run the game in 16-bit color instead of 32-bit color. (graphics properties) Run the game as an administrator. Run the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP, SP3 (right-click the shortcut, click properties, compatibility) On the Zone Select screen, click Options, Advanced Options. Select every possible combination of check boxes and enter infantry, testing your FPS both in spec and unspecced. Take notes so you don't forget. Use the best combination for your computer. This can have a profound impact on how your game runs.
