Middle/Late February would be best start date. The others are too far away and you can't expect anyone to keep interest just doing SBs during the 2-3 month off season.

I could potentially see a slightly longer off-season (not too long) as a good way to give people a break and let them fuck around in pub and get their squads more organized. This could also give the league a chance to test some changes that have been requested.

I feel like there's a request from some of the community to test some things. So after the Super Bowl, I'd like to test some of those things. No guarantee we'll implement them for S17, but it could give us a good idea of what we want to do for S18. We have some people voting for end of April. So I don't think everyone wants to rush back into USL right away.

I've added March 3rd as an option for those of you who want to begin next season asap.
