<span class=summary-title> Breakdown </span><br><br><span class=summary>The Rookies as a squad is one that will be interesting to keep an eye on as the season progresses. They are comprised from a number of players that are still learning the ropes to the league. I would like to commend Beta, Babble, Fulcrous and TACOstand for putting this squad together, and hope they will keep working even if the results aren't so favorable to start with.
The Rookies has a roster that is with mixed with a variety of experience and skill levels. The biggest question mark I see with them however is leadership. Not the intangibles of forming and keeping a squad but the X's and O's within the game. The biggest thing they need to get accomplished is identifying a leader, whether it is babble or TACO, one of the two needs to step up and take control of their matches.
Taking a look at their roster they have some undervalued Marines. TACO is much improved from a few seasons ago and I'm glad to see he is still optimistic and improving. He'll be looked at to carry a heavy load this season for their squad. Furcifer is another that as a Marine I would look to try and build this lineup around.
This squad has a few players that it will be interesting to see how they work together. titan16170 is a pestering nader who if utilized correctly would help this squad a lot. Beta is a Ripper, and babble would be best served as LMG in my opinion.
But all of this brings us to the real core issue on this roster. A lack of medics. Furcifer is probably the best Marine they have, but he's also the best option they have as a medic. Babble is another that will likely play off what his better class is.
All said, this roster has some potential. I love that they have integrated some new players into the league and I hope they stay the course when it gets rocky, find small things to improve on weekly, and by the end of the season be a much better squad than at the beginning.
