I just went to open it and my anti virus just came up going nuts saying that its a trojan.

Chris's Antivirus deletes infantry. RIP, was fun guys.

It never actually infected anything because it got quarantined but I deleted it anyways and I guess I was using an old version of the launcher? I installed the new one and it seems to be fine now.

I think its time to download the new launcher

My launcher is dated 8/27/2017. Do I need to update? Is it the reason a brazilian baby is trying to log into my steam account? Is it not the japanese pron vids I've clicked on by mistake? We needs to know this info.

Once in a blue moon the AV decides to misflag a program or a file as containing trojans etc. I haven't personally had it happen with the Infantry Launcher, but I had it happen with Office and other "first-party" products.

I think AV signature updates is what causes it to misreport, and then subsequent updates fix it.

Let me know if anyone else gets this error.
