Something to keep in mind when voting in the current poll is that if we do a double length season, there will be at least 3 delay weeks during the regular season: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

A regular length season would end on <b>December 4th</b> (delay for Thanksgiving, no delay for Halloween) or <b>December 11th</b> (Thanksgiving/Halloween). A double length season would end on <b>January 22nd</b> (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years) or <b>January 29th</b> if we take Halloween off as well.

If we do a regular length season, I imagine we'd wait to start the next season until after New Years on January 8th, which would be an offseason of around a month.

A month seems long but I feel like it's always been 3 weeks anyways. My vote is the same for a double header. It should create more activity in the game cause squads won't be booted out of playoffs as fast

Squads can be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs early with only 6 squads. They aren't going to want to play the remainder of a long season if they're eliminated half way through just my 2 cents. The biggest complaint from players in this league is that seasons drag on too long and people want more turnover.

Do not schedule an extra long season, especially when done in the same format as last, which people are calling the worst season yet. Imagine if last season was still going on for another 5 more weeks now.

The league faded by week 3. Yea I totally can see squads showing up till week 10.

How about a schedule where each team plays each other twice, but half the games are on a fixed schedule and the other half are wild: they can be played anytime that two teams agree on it and a ref is present. Can be played as a double header if desired.

Likely these matches would also be played on Sundays but could also be played after sb's on a weekday. Might increase activity because there's always the possibility of a match.
