Breakdown

If the USL has a benchmark for squad qualities such as Skills, Communication, Leadership, Cooperation and Tactics, the IDC squad this season would match that benchmark and rise above it. My scale for evaluation is: Poor -> Fair -> Standard -> Good -> Great

Skills
The individual skills that these guys bring to each fight should be the standard requirement of USL skillset. They use everything in their arsenal with high proficiency and lethality. To have a vision and the ability to execute is where skills separate IDC players from others in the league. The IDC squad of this season generally has GOOD skills.

Communication
Their chat is a good mix of humorous banter and information (and bromance). During a match against other squads Opponents are selected and called out, timely flank warnings and timely collapse warnings are given. All of which, should be, the standard thing to do for any squad. Not all squads have good (or even baseline) communications, the IDC squad of this season has GOOD communications.

Leadership
Good leaders often make others into leaders themselves. They do this by fostering an environment where the team have the ability to give positive input on a regular basis. I think that squads that want to succeed (despite denials of being Try Hards) shows their own will to win through the participartion in leadership. Based on the described quality, the IDC squad this season has GOOD leadership quality.

Cooperation (Team Skills)
Having individuals with great skills does not automatically make a good team. The group as a whole must also have good chemistry and the willingness to cooperate with each other to win. Aside from good natured ribbing of leechers, I have seen open cooperation from these guys. Orders are followed in quick fashion while innovations and success are generally encouraged by the team. There are some minor instances of team play that can be improved upon. The IDC this season look to have STANDARD cooperation.

Tactics
This topic hinges mostly on the leader (the one who fully lead) and their choice in the various terrain formation. Over confidence has led this group into some bad situations but luckily their individual skills have often managed to pull out a win vs Poor or Standard teams. IDC should watch themselves here or they may find their score a lot closer to their opponent than they would want. There are instances where their tactics were reactionary rather than being in control. I have yet to see this team tested against another strong team this season. The IDC this season look to have STANDARD tactics.

Overall Rating: GOOD

Disclaimer: I recently had the privilege of NTing with this squad for a few games and get a (BRIEF) glimpse at its inner workings. I am hoping to either NT or sit in on the chats with other squads to do more analysis. My analysis for these squads will remain a review of their squad as an entity and will not mention individual players.
