Maybe also add a deep lob pass.

Thoughts for changes..

Current long pass... increase gravity so the ball "drops" more instead of floating over peoples heads.
Add a lob.
Increase proximity for handoff.
Reduce next play timer to 5 seconds.

Things that I've yet to code but will probably finish..

Add a lob. -YES! Everyone wants to handoff because of the speed. Need more options to pass.

zone is fun even when you don’t know the rules lol. (we don’t have it in the UK). Makes me wanna play soccer brawl which I never really got into. How come nobody is doing soccer brawl anyway

-Yes for changing how passes work, currently it's way to risky to pass when you can just run it and get the same distance 90% of the time. I think I scored 42 points last night in a game with just interceptions and hand offs.

-Go look @ the lob from soccer brawl and try to recreate it to fit footbrawl.

-Yes make it so you can run by people going in the opposite direction to be able to mindgame hand offs with fakes, etc.

-Yes reduce next play timer, you still have 15? seconds to hike the ball afterwards, that's plenty of time.

-and good to hear you're looking to fix the penalties, should be interesting to see when the retards unspec and cross the line every second play.


@Ninj - soccer brawl is much more difficult, and it was bugged for awhile (don't know if they fixed it yet).

It's been fixed just fixed too late. People that loved it don't play anymore.

Expected Footbrawl to suck but it wasn't bad. Need some modifications but don't feel they are overly drastic as the base game play was decent.

Don't know what you would do about trolls and offsides though.

probably auto spec the player and lock them in spec for 5 minutes. hellspawn can probably implement a code for that lol.

qb needs a different color dot on the map.

I would really like to see tackle changed a bit. I think you should be able to spam it more, like sb.
Old fb was based on soccer brawl, so things like checking and some of the passes were the same. It made it pretty natural to sb'ers. The differences in tackling(checking) and passing/catching throw off the muscle memory
