1 less game played, better stats, lower rating. Confused on the logic.

No. It's always been the case where you don't get full credit for a win if you don't play the full game.

This penalty is entirely different. It's for players who play less than 60% of the total games in a season. It was always this way since ratings were implemented in SOE. I'm not sure why people are freaking out about it now.

em4 you don't have better stats. Sure you have 1 less death but only 1.9 wins.

30kills in 1.9 games 4.3 kdr 3 total wins

Added in penalties for people who miss games. It's not huge unless you miss more than 50% of the total games in a season.

Re-read that. 50% is when you start to notice a big difference. Aka it isn't huge until you hit that point, but it starts at 60%.

I don't have to "fix" anything to be #1. My stats do that for me. Maybe if you weren't benched for Noskeeper your rating would be higher (:

Also if you're truly worried about everyone on your squad not being able to play 50-60% of the games in a season then maybe you have too many active players and they should be helping another squad like SA (cough noskeeper). Jk he's already taken em4's spot.

I admit, the 10v10 was pretty shady, but there has to be some sort of penalty for missing games, or else one person could have a good 1st game, and have a rating that keeps them in top 10 standings but then missing games after that. Obviously it's still a testing phase. As long as I keep getting #1 on the top 5, I'm not worried.

CB you don't ever need to worry about awards or rating formulas.

This is that fix em4. Ratings reflect the players ability to maintain good stats. If you want a good rating then keep playing. If you're going to play 1-2 games that were blowouts then you shouldn't be able to hoard a good rating on your profile. Maintain your rating and don't over recruit. It's simple.

Meaning you will always be the deadliest marine on AD in my eyes bb..
