<blockquote> Law and Mortar looking for a better showing this week vs Darkslayers. </blockquote><br>
<span class=summary-title>Breakdown </span><br><br><span class=summary>Law and Mortar 0-1
Projected Lineup:
Worth 2*: Marine
RRU 2.5*: LMG
Bowen 3*: AT/Marine
Bias 2*: Marine
Axidus 3*: Marine
Abyss 2.5*: Marine
Thiz 2*: Medic
r 2*: Medic
Average TG Star Rating: 2.38*
Law and Mortar got a big welcome to the league last week losing to Birds(Bullies) by 105. I honestly thought Axidus would try to set up some more ambushes and slow the game down but Birds pretty much went full throttle from match start. Hard to take too much from that match but Worth only had 9 deaths, which was good compared to others on the squad. Bias law sniped Slob 2x to open up a couple battles and RRU is going to have to cut his deaths way down if he wants to be more effective on lmg. Bowen will have to hit the labs to keep working on his AT mechanics if he's going to play that class all season. That was their first match ever as a squad against seasoned vets of Skirmish so I wouldn't get too down if I were these guys.
Darkslayers 1-0
Projected Lineup:
Typhoon 3.5*: Marine
Sabotage 4*: LMG
King 4*: Demo/Nader
Chuck 2.5*: AT
Fausto 4.5*: Marine
Ender 3.5*: Marine
Daddy 4*: Medic
Dead 2*: Medic
Average TG Star Rating: 3.5*
Darkslayers comes into Week 3 after having a bye last week. They played extremely well in Week 1 beating OFB by 26 in a match they controlled. King was outstanding going 13-5 and Manu on medic had one of the better games you'll see from that class going 6-2. Sabotage on lmg will play better than that performance as the season progresses as well. It will be interesting to see where Killer fits into this lineup after this week.
Prediction:
Darkslayers won coin toss and will have left side for this match. While DS typically has a slower and more methodical approach to their matches that playstyle probably won't be needed here as I see DS winning in a landslide. King will probably farm on whichever support class he's going to play and I fully expect Sabotage to get most kills in this match on lmg. Axidus is going to have to set up something in the first battle to try to build momentum for the rest of the match but it'll be another frustrating match for him.
Law and Mortar: 23
Darkslayers: 90
MVP: Sabotage
