Following recent discussions, I want to take a moment to acknowledge how things have unfolded and provide an update on the direction moving forward.

Firstly, I apologise for how the situation escalated. The intent was always to address concerns and support the league, but the way it was approached created unnecessary friction. Many of you will not be aware of my full reasoning, which I have shared openly and frankly with the leadership team. However, perception matters, and I recognise that I should have approached this differently. That’s on me, and I take responsibility for that.

Since then, we’ve had open and constructive conversations with the current Admin team. Those discussions have been positive and have shown a shared goal, to improve the league and ensure it continues to grow in a fair, transparent, and community focused way.

As a result, we will be moving forward together.

The vote has now concluded. While it has clearly shown that some members of the community are not fully satisfied, the reasons are varied and broad. What matters is that you have been heard. We are taking this as a clear signal that there are areas we need to improve and bridges that need mending.

Rather than replacing what exists, we will be building on the foundation already in place, particularly the roundtable system that Tactical helped establish. The focus now is to evolve that into a more structured, transparent, and inclusive framework, giving Captains and staff a clearer voice while maintaining strong leadership and stability.

This is not about individuals, it is about strengthening the league as a whole.

Further details will follow as we work collaboratively on the next steps, but the key message is simple, we are aligned, we are working together, and we are moving forward as one community. Because ultimately, we are stronger together.

First, I would like to show gratitude and appreciation for everyone’s patience during these trying times. I am sorry to the captains and players that have been on standby as we figured this situation out. Secondly, I would like to thank our Game Admins for offering their time and resources throughout this ordeal; your contribution(s) to the game do not go unnoticed. The USL Administration looks forward to strengthening our relationship and re-enforcing back the confidence from some in the community; this is something that is consistently earned and not taken for granted. By working hand in hand with our zone developer(s), the captains, the community and the staff alike; will allow all of us to find common ground and build a better USL experience for YOU.

For the foreseeable future I would like to echo what Mode mentions; we are utilizing and improving upon what the round table was and now is. We will continue to make the necessary adjustments and/or tweaks as we evolve it into a decisive forum for captains or representatives to make their voices heard for seasons to come! With that being said, I would like to thank Military Police for his contributions to the USL community throughout the years; your support was instrumental. Good luck in your future endeavours outside of USL.

Let’s come together and let’s get to work! We have Season 56 to look forward to!

Neolad, The recent attempt to take over USL and create a public poll which created unnecessary disruption and raised serious concerns about leadership and accountability within the league. When someone in a position as yours contributes to this level of instability, it is fair for the community to question their ability to continue in a powered role. For the sake of transparency, integrity, and restoring trust will you be stepping down?
