I have now played both these squads so hopefully I am in a good position to give an accurate prediction on how I personally see things.
LTDN coming off a very unlucky loss against my squad and SS winning an ez stat pad as expected. Currently SS sitting 3-0 in standing and LTDN at 1-2, although don't let that fool you, it doesn't tell the true story.
LTDN along with Syndicate have been handed one of the toughest schedules. Playing a stacked squad in Week 1 when your still trying to get your shit in order is very tough, I know so well from last season also losing in an identical position. ltdn in Week 1 did themselves justice essentially taking JD to the final battle. They beat KK with ease and if it wasn't for some poor choice making in the match they should have beat Syndicate without question.
Now it is time to stand up and be recognised for ltdn, they need to pull out the positives and learn from there mistakes. It is time to setup camp and goto war on Sunday against Sugar Skulls. This match is MASSIVE for ltdn, if they lose, there playoff hopes hang in the balance with needing a win against worms next week. A win can propel them and they can still easily secure #2 spot with their own fate to be determined.
Positives: on match day they have pushed JD and now Syndicate to the very end, they have proved they are good enough to beat anyone regardless to collie/titan, don't take them lightly.
Negatives: Lack of composure and predictable.
Constructive critism: When you have the lead, it is fine to slow things down (especially on collie). Remember your playing chess on Sunday with a guy who only understands checkers. Patience, organisation, more patience and good decision making will win you this game.
They are currently JD #1 rival. The mixture of ER, em4, shas and nos with solid medics in manu/stav is very, very strong.
I think this squad are excellent camping and frustrating squads. Although they have so much skill and kill potential it worries me against KK I seen weaknesses in the leadership and the style of play create an un-balance which was not natural.
My problem is that SS are better than anyone/everyone at what they do well... really well (camping) although what they struggle with is something what they should be equally effecient at (poooshing). They have still to be properly tested on Titan, the big question will be how does Darth perform under pressure when he isn't holding an area or ambushing, when is forced to come out from the mountains and regain the lead, that will the true measure of success on whether he is capable of winning because that has always been a massive weakness in the past and where he has been exposed.
Positives: Great teamwork/communication between manu/em4/er. Outstanding marine in noskeeper. Very difficult to beat on south and when they camp.
Constructive critism: don't become too reliant on the 1 dimensional style of play. There is a lot of kill pressure on the squad, it is sometimes ok to let battles breathe to ensure when the time comes, you are ready.
