Effective immediately for Week 4:
Rule 3.3: Non-Team Players are now allowed, by default, in all regular season matches provided they meet the requirements of an NT (see the rest of Section 3 in the rules). For playoffs, NTs are disallowed unless both captains agree to allow them.
Also adding rule 10.3:
Rule 10.3 (kippa rule for good sportsmanship): Be nice to everyone, especially when determining who plays in a match and how bad you beat them (try not to run the score up on weaker squads by trapping them in their base - give them a chance...). Most of us have played a 17 year old game together for over a decade and many of us have lives, but still play this for fun and nostalgic purposes. Any violations of this rule, as determined by the League Administrator and/or Deputy Admin, may cause retroactive rules to be created to protect this little sanctuary that we call home.
UNTIL THE IN-GAME RULES AND WEBSITE ARE UPDATED, THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RULES 3.3 AND 10.3 SUPERSEDE ALL OTHER USL RULES WITH THE SAME NUMBERS.
