So over watch had to play a weekday match so we can "get the season over with" and now we are actually delaying it even more.... this league has gone to complete shit. Just get the season over with and fade this shit

Shasta, we were discussing in Captains chat about the delaying due to Labor day and various squads not being able to make certain weeks. (not just Overwatch).

Also, do not forget: FairFax is an admin as well; please include him in your subject title.

They want to attract attention and bring activity to the league but they're delaying the season another week when it isn't a holiday. The admin who is around maybe once a month makes decisions on the fly and fucks over people who try and keep this game alive. Good luck trying to keep players interested.

It's just setting a bad example for the league. Squads will now abuse this if they don't think they'll be able to show the right people or whatever. WH is getting a delay because Fax and Staley can't show. Fear is getting a delay because 3 people can't show. Fear has one of the larger rosters in the league. Now, because of this Overwatch will have to forfeit because we can't play on the 25th. None of us knew the season was going to be delayed another week so people made other arrangements and some people just couldn't show in the first place due to prior engagements. There was literally never any mention of it and no one asked Overwatch if they'd be able to play that day. It was just a decision made on the fly without consulting us.

We have forfeits in the rules for a reason. If you make exceptions for these squads then you're going to run into further issues down the line. The solution should have just been to play tomorrow and let WH and Fear try to show how many they could and use NTs if needed. But from the sounds of it they were only missing a minimal amount and would not have affected them. It's probably too late now but these are the things that have been putting more nails in the coffin. GL to WH in the champ match hopefully you don't blow it.
